There was a time in my life after a painful divorce that I experienced anxiety so strongly and began having panic attacks so regularly that I became agoraphobic. I was too scared to leave my home. Now that’s what I called stuck.
It was out of that place of darkness that I began my process of transformation and growth. I eventually overcame my fears, became a therapist and have spent the last 3 decades guiding others to their own transformation from fear to a life of courage.
We can learn to step into the places that scare us with certainty and confidence. I can show you how.
