Rates

Individual Work – $200 per 50 minute session
Couple Work – $250 per 75 minute session
Families – $200 per 80 minute session

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash or check payments are due at the time of service. I will provide you with a statement of services after the assessment process that you can submit to your insurance company for compensation. It is your responsibility to determine the coverage your particular company will provide by contacting the customer service office.

Cancellation Policy

Because I reserve a space for you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, I require a 7 day cancellation of your appointment in order to not be billed for your session.
